Q. Who is Pool on the Net?
A. My name is Robert Staskowski and I am the founder of Pool on the Net. I recently managed the largest and most successful pool room on Long Island, Raxx Pool Room, Sports Bar & Grill in West Hempstead, NY for several years. I am also a semi-professional pool player with over 20 years experience. Many players in the tri-state area know me by my nickname Rob Omen. I have been playing pool since I was 5 years old and grew up in pool halls from age 13 on.

A. Pool on the Net is a web design company started by myself in 2007 specifically aimed at helping pool rooms, pool tours and pool players become more successful on and off the net.

Q. Why did I start Pool on the Net?
A. In addition to the qualities mentioned above, I just absolutely love the game and all of it's ingredients and I truly enjoy contributing to the billiard community online and offline in any way that I can.
