A. My name is Robert Staskowski and I am the founder of Pool on the Net. I currently manage the largest and most successful pool room on Long Island, Raxx Pool Room, Sports Bar & Grill in West Hempstead, NY. I am also a semi-professional pool player with over 20 years experience. Many players in the tri-state area know me by my nickname Rob Omen. I have been playing pool since I was 5 years old and grew up in pool halls from age 13 on.

A. Pool on the Net is a web design company started by myself in 2007 specifically aimed at helping pool rooms, pool tours and pool players become more successful on and off the net.

I am currently the manager of the largest and most successful pool rooms on Long Island, Raxx Pool Room, Bar & Grill in West Hempstead, NY, I am a semi-professional pool player with over 20 years experience and I have a degree in graphic and web design with over 5 years experience. The combination of all three qualities made for the perfect ingredients in the creation of Pool on the Net.
